Purchase policies
All customers will be provided a detailed delivery schedule 24-48 hours within order conformation.
With respect to the goods or services purchased under this Agreement, and all other goods or services purchased from Seller, Seller expressly warrants for the Warranty Period as follows: (a) the goods shall strictly conform to all specifications, drawings, instructions, advertisements, descriptions and samples; (b) the goods shall be merchantable, safe and fit for the Buyer's intended purposes, which purposes have been communicated to Seller; (c) the goods shall be adequately contained, marked and labeled;
These warranties shall be in addition to all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.
In the event that services are provided in connection with the supply of goods, Seller expressly warrants that the services will be performed: (a) with due professional care; (b) in a workmanlike, professional, timely and diligent manner; (c) in accordance with all applicable industry standards and industry best practices;
